Biography
Ronald Bekoff was a distinguished Nassau County Prosecutor for six years prior to entering private practice as a founding member of Hession & Bekoff. Mr. Bekoff successfully prosecuted a sitting judge of the county court in his last major trial as prosecutor. Mr. Bekoff went on to successfully defend multiple clients at trial in New York state and federal courts on criminal charges ranging from the most serious Murder and Narcotics charges to Driving While Intoxicated and Conspiracy. Mr. Bekoff is one of the most respected members of the Nassau and Suffolk County's Criminal Defense bars with experience in defending those charged with all sections of the penal law. Mr. Bekoff is always highly recommended to family and friends in trouble based on the relationships he has built with former clients, court personnel, and members of law enforcement. Mr. Bekoff was also a guest commentator on Court TV and color commentator for News 12 Long Island during the trial of the case of People v. Colin Ferguson, the infamous Long Island Railroad Shooting case.
