Biography
Andrew Paul Cooper was a Member and Business Administrator of the Hofstra Law Review, Volume 17, and a former federal law clerk, having clerked for the Hon. Thomas J. McAvoy, N.D.N.Y., prior to entering private practice. After working at a large New York City law firm and a smaller Miami, Florida boutique firm, Mr. Cooper returned to his New York City roots while obtaining an LL.M. in Private International Law from New York University School of Law. Since that time, Mr. Cooper has practiced primarily in the New York area, including both state and federal courts. Mr. Cooper is known to bring a creative, yet pragmatic approach to litigating cases. He has handled numerous bench and jury trials over the course of his almost 20 years in practice.
